Who
Society of Construction Law is a multidisciplinary organization which comprises of Lawyers, engineers, architects, delay disruption experts, quantum experts, etc. SCL is a not for profit international organization having its branches all across the World and conducts various events, training programmes, courses etc, throughout the globe for imparting education in the field of Construction Law as well as arbitration.
Previous
Previously the conference has been held in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Singapore, London etc.
The last conference was held in Sao Paolo, which was attended by 350 people from 33 countries, including Judges, Lawyers, Engineers, Architects and other professionals working in the Construction Industry.
7th Edition
The Society of Construction Law takes pride in bringing the 7th edition of this prestigious conference to India, and is endeavoring to make this an event which is contributive to not just those who attend the conference but has a lasting effect on the future of the construction industry, its governing regulations and prevalent practices.
For this purpose SCL India is assembling an extra-ordinary line-up of speakers, including Judges and eminent Lawyers from various jurisdictions and also including Academicians, Engineers, Architects and other professionals, from all over the world.
The conference shall open on the 10th of November with the meeting of Academic Forum for the conference in the morning.
Location
The event in the eve would be laden with much grandeur at the Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, comprising of the opening ceremony, the first plenary session and the inaugural cocktails and dinner.
The second and third days would have plenary and working sessions through the day.
There shall also be a gala dinner and cocktails at the end of the second day.
A prospective list of attendees so far includes Judges Supreme Court, Delhi High and other High Courts in India and Ministers shall also attend the conference.
