Academic Forum on the Construction Law BIM Forum Corporate Counsels’s Forum
The Academic Forum on the Construction Law aims to bring together academics and practicioners to share ideas about how the growth of construction law teaching may be fostered, in Latin America and beyond.

The Academic Forum is by invitation only and limited to only 40 registered attendees of the SCL 2016. Nevertheless, should you wish to participate please send you expression of interest to attend this session to Matthew Bell and Wayne Jocic.

The BIM Forum at SCL 2016 is technical session organized by representatives of the São Paulo Metropolitan Company – Metro, the UK BIM Task Group, the Brazil Tunneling Committee and SindusCon-SP, to share ideas on the various developments in BIM (Building Information Modelling).

The BIM Forum is open to all registered attendees of the SCL 2016. Due to limited  availability – after proceeding your registration for SCL 2016 – please send you expression of interest to attend this session to Contact SCL 2016.

The Corporate Counsels’s Forum at SCL 2016 was designed as a round table with corporate legal counsels of leading Brazilian companies to share their views on the challenges of doing business in Brazil and beyond, including matters related to the rule of law, public procurement challenges, evolution of compliance culture, dispute resolution and alike.
